TARAKAN — Polres Tarakan mengungkap seorang ibu rumah tangga (IRT) berinisial EL (25) rela disetubuhi pengedar untuk mendapatkan imbalan narkotika jenis sabu-sabu.
Kendati demikian, Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Tarakan Ipda Dien Fahrur Romadhoni melalui Kaur Bin Ops Ipda Amiruddin Huzain mengungkapkan, EL sering menjadi pemuas nafsu pengedar untuk mendapatkan sabu. Sebenarnya pelaku EL sudah lama menjadi target operasi (TO) Resnarkoba.
“Tim opsnal kami langsung mendatangi rumahnya di Jalan Slamet Riyadi, Kelurahan Karang Anyar, sekitar pukul 13.00 Wita, setelah mendapat informasi bahwa tersangka EL sedang mengonsumsi sabu-sabu. Saat didatangi di rumahnya, hanya ada orangtua tersangka, tersangka saat itu sedang ke pasar, namun Setelah kembali ke rumahnya EL langsung diamankan,” jelas Amir, (16/11/21)
Selain itu, dikatakan Amir, setelah dilakukan penggeledahan yang dilakukan, tim Opsnal menemukan kotak bungkus rokok di dalam lemari kamar EL Berisi dua bungkus serbuk kristal diduga sabu-sabu. Tersangka juga mengaku menyimpan sabu-sabu di atas garasi sepeda motor.
“Cara EL mendapat sabu-sabu ini dengan menawarkan dirinya untuk di setubuhi oleh RM. Saat kami akan menangkap pelaku RM, teenyata rumahnya sudah kosong tidak berpenghuni. Saat ini RM masuk daftar pencarian orang (DPO),” terangnya
Lebih lanjut,“Total berat sabu-sabu yang diamankan sebanyak 2,81 gram. EL mengakui mendapat narkotika dari pria berinisial RM di Kelurahan Juata Permai,” tambah dia
Kendati begitu, lanjut amir, atas perlakuan tersebut, tersangka dikenakan Pasal 114 Ayat 1 dan 112 Ayat 2 Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.
“Sabu yang di dapat dari RM kembali dikemas EL menjadi tiga paket. Rencananya narkotika itu dijual dengan harga Rp 1 juta/gram kepada teman-temannya” tuntasnya. (*)
