TANJUNG SELOR – Revisi dokumen Rencana Umum Penanaman Modal Provinsi (RUPMP) Kaltara tengah dilakukan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP). Revisi tersebut dilakukan menyesuaian dengan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Kaltara 2021-2026.
Kepala Seksi Perencanaan Sektoral dan Pengembangan Potensi Daerah, DPMPTSP Kaltara, Rahma Putrayani menilai diperlukannya revisi untuk menyinkronkan rencana investasi di Kaltara.
“Ada tiga tahap rencana investasi yaitu jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang. Karena kaltara ingin berlari kencang jadi kita buatkan roadmap investasi yang jelas sesuai potensi dan peluang yang ada,”jelas Rahman, Selasa (24/5/2022).
Potensi dan peluang yang dipetakan DPMPTSP Kaltara berdasarkan sektor dan wilayah kabupaten/kota. Oleh sebab itu, pemprov berupaya mendorong kabupaten/kota juga segera Menyusun RUPM masing-masing.
“Hal ini berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden No. 16 tahun 2012 tentang Rencana Umum Penanaman Modal. Di Kaltara, kita sudah memiliki Peraturan Gubernur No.11 Tahun 2019 tentang Rencana Umum Penanaman Modal Provisi (RUPMP) Kalimantan Utara,”jelasnya.
Ia menargetkan, revisi RUPM Kaltara rampung pada bulan Juni. Hal ini untuk memudahkan pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan rencana dan realisasi investasi.
Adanya RUMP, lanjut Rahman diharapkan dapat membangun iklim investasi yang menguntungkan dan mengembangkan perekonomian yang memilih daya saing, serta mendorong pengelolaan SDA yang lestari dan berkelanjutan.
