Tanjung Selor – Peringatan Milad Badan Kontak Majelis Taklim (BKMT) Provinsi Kalimantan Utara (Kaltara) ke-41 berlangsung khidmat, Sabtu (22/1).
Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dengan tema Berkarya Bermanfaat Membangun Umat dan Bangsa ini bertujuan untuk menyatukan visi dan misi BKMT dan menjalin silaturahmi antar pengurus majelis taklim serta organisasi lainya.
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan ini Ketua TP-PKK Provinsi Kaltara Rachmawati Zainal, Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bulungan Aluh Berlian, Anggota DPRD Provinsi Kaltara Ainun Faridah, dan Ketua Umum BKMT Provinsi Kaltara Khodijah Arief.
Mewakili sambutan Gubernur Zainal A. Paliwang yang disampaikan oleh Asisten I Bidang Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat Datu Iqro Ramadhan menyampaikan harapan kepada BKMT Kaltara untuk terus dapat meningkatkan perannya dalam melakukan kegiatan pembinaan majelis taklim di Provinsi Kaltara.
“Pembinaan ini sangat penting agar kita dapat menciptakan kader-kader yang memiliki kualitas akhlak dan aqidah yang baik dengan pembentukan pembangunan mental dan spiritual,” sampainya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut Datu Iqro Ramadhan juga menyampaikan pesan kepada BKMT Provinsi Kaltara untuk dapat berpartisipasi dalam pembentukan dan pembinaan kepada generasi-generasi yang akan datang untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia di Provinsi Kaltara.
“Saya berharap ke depan, majelis taklim ini selain pengajian juga kita harapkan paling tidak dapat membantu program pemerintah, mensosialisasikan terkait dengan program pendidikan dan program kesehatan,” jelasnya.
Kegiatan ditutup dengan pemberian reward kepada BKMT Provinsi Kaltara serta penyerahan hadiah lomba paduan suara dan lomba tumpeng.
