Hasan Basri beserta mendatangi Kantor Pemilihan Umum (KPU) untuk melakukan
Penyerahan dukungan minimal Pemilihan Bakal Calon Anggota DPD RI tahun 2024.
Berdasarkan hasil pemantauan, Hasan Basri yang akrab disapa HB bersama rombongan tiba di KPU Kalimantan Utara pukul 10.00 WITA. Hasan Basri beserta rombongan menyerahkan dokumen dukungan minimal kepada KPU pada pukul 10.10 WITA.
“Izinkan saya menyerahkan dokumen persyaratan dukungan minimal pemilih bakal calon Anggota DPD Peserta Pemilu Tahun 2024 beserta dokumen lainnya,” kata HB di KPU Kalimantan Utara, Selasa (20/12/2022).
Sebelumnya, saat tiba di KPU, Hasan Basri dan rombongan diterima oleh Ketua dan LO KPU Kalimantan Utara. Mereka kemudian dipersilakan mengisi buku tamu.
Berdasarkan hasil pemantauan, Senator Kaltara ini melakukan penyerahan dukungan minimal di hari keempat penyerahan dibuka dan menjadi penyerahan dokumen pertama. Alasannya sederhana, yakni karena memang Hasan Basri sudah siap.
“Yang dilakukan saya mengapa menjadi penyerahan dokumen dukungan minimal pertama yang mendaftar, karena menunjukkan kesiapsiagaan dan komitmen dari seluruh persiapan yang sudah kami siapkan,” jelas Hasan Basri.
Diketahui, HB langsung mendatangi KPU untuk menunjukkan komitmen kuat dan keseriusan dirinya dalam mendukung penuh pelaksanaan Pemilu 2024 yang merupakan momentum penting dalam perjalanan bangsa ini.
Senator asal Kalimantan Utara menyampaikan kesempatan ini merupakan salah satu elemen terpenting dalam demokrasi.
