TANJUNG SELOR – Dalam rangka menyukseskan Gerakan Nasional Bangga Buatan Indonesia pada pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah, Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi (Sekda) Kalimantan Utara (Kaltara) Dr. H. Suriansyah mengikuti sosialisasi pengelolaan Katalog Elektronik Lokal dan Toko Daring yang digelaer oleh Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) bersama Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa (LKPP) RI melalui aplikasi virtual, Senin (4/3/2022).
Katalog Elekronik Lokal merupakan salah satu sistem informasi dan sistem pengadaan secara elektronik yang dibangun dan dikembangkan oleh LKPP.
Pemanfaatan katalog elektronik bertujuan untuk mewujudkan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (PBJP) yang cepat, mudah, transparant dan tercatat secara elektronik. Selain itu, katalog elektronik juga menjadi mesin penggerak dan memudahkan para pelaku usaha UMKM dan koperasi untuk mendorong pemanfaatan Produk Dalam Negeri (PDN) pada proses pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah.
Kemendagri bersama LKPP juga telah menerbitkan Surat Edaran Bersama (SEB) yang di tandatangani Mendagri dan Kepala LKPP Nomor 027/1022/SJ dan Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 pada tanggal 25 Februari 2022 tentang Gerakan Nasional Bangga Buatan Indonesia pada pengadaan barang/jasa di lingkungan pemerintah.
Dalam hal ini LKPP melakukan berbagai inovasi dan memangkas birokrasi sehingga dapat mengakselerasi pelayanan khususnya dalam rangka penayangan produk pada katalog elektronik.
