MALINAU – Personel Tim Jatanras Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Malinau telah mengamankan dua orang laki-laki berinisial MA sebagai penjual, dan E sebagai pembeli dengan perkara perjudian online jenis domino, pada 23 Agustus 2022.
Kapolres Malinau AKBP Andreas Deddy Wijaya melalui Kasat Reskrim Iptu Wisnu Bramantio membenarkan bahwa Tim Jatanras Satreskrim Polres Malinau berhasil mengamankan dua orang pelaku benisial MA selaku penjual dan E pembeli di Desa Malinau Kota RT. 19, Kecamatan Malinau Kota.
Sementara itu barang bukti yang turut diamankan oleh Tim Jatanras yaitu berupa uang tunai sebesar Rp100.000.
Kemudian empat buah handphone dengan rincian dua buah milik penjual, chips higs domino koin, dan dua buah handphone pemilik pembeli dan pemain judi online jenis domino koin.
“Untuk modus pelaku menjual chip kepada pembeli dengan cara pembeli memberikan ID akun kepada penjual,” jelasnya.
Kemudian, penjual mengirimkan chip sejumlah yang dibeli oleh pembeli untuk digunakan dalam aplikasi Higgs Domino yang memuat sejumlah permainan.
“Seperti judi Slot, QiuQiu dan Spin secara online. Selain itu dari hasil untung di permainan tersebut dapat di withdraw dengan sejumlah uang tunai oleh para pelaku,” terangnya.
Kini kedua pelaku ditahan di Mapolres Malinau untuk kepentingan proses hukum selanjutnya.
“Pasal yang disangkakan yaitu Pasal 303 Ayat (1) ke-2 KUH Pidana junc pasal 27 ayat (2) UU ITE. Pelaku dan BB diamankan untuk diproses lebih lanjut,” pungkasnya.
