Satreskrim Tarakan Musnahkan Puluhan Box Ikan dan Cumi
TARAKAN – Satreskrim Polres Tarakan melaksanakan pemusnahan barang bukti kasus pengungkapan UURI, Karantina Hewan, Ikan dan Tumbuhan UURI Perikanan Unit Tipidter Tindak Pidana Tertentu pada Senin (13/02/2023)
Kapolres Tarakan AKBP Ronaldo Maradona T.P.P Siregar S.H., S.I.K menjelaskan barang bukti yang dimusnakan hari ini merupakan barang bukti dari pengungkapan kasus oleh unit tindak pidanan tertentu sat reskrim polres Tarakan, yang terjadi di Jembatan Besi RT 11 Kel. Lingkas Ujung Kec. Tarakan Timur Kota Tarakan pada hari senin (08/02/2023) lalu. Dalam pemusnahan barang bukti tersebut dihadiri oleh perwakilan dari Kejaksaan Negeri Tarakan, Perwakilan dari Pengadilan tarakan, dan juga perwakilan dari pengawasan sumber daya kelautan dan perikanan kota tarakan.
Menurut kapolres tarakan awal mula pengungkapan kasus ini dikarenakan adanya informasi dari masyarakat terkait adanya pengiriman barang illegal dari Negara lain.
“ kita sudah mendapatkan informasi, kemudian dilakukan pengecekan informasi dari masyarakat yang biasa membawa muatan muatan illegal dari negara tetangga yaitu Malaysia. Kemudian setelah dilakukan Pengecekan oleh anggota ditemukan Barang Bukti berupa 56 buah box bahan gabus berwarna putih yang berisikan ikan dan 24 box gabus berwarna Putih yang berisikan cumi.” Ungkap Kapolres Tarakan
Setelah Menerima Laporan, Sat Reskrim Polres Tarakan menindaklanjuti sesuai dasar laporan polisi yang diterima, dan akhirnya berhasil menemukan pelaku yang kini ditetapkan sebagai tersangka berinisial “AR” yang merupakan Juragan Speedboat.
Adapun pelaku “AR” ( Juragan Speedboat ) disangkakan Pasal 323 Ayat (1) Jo Pasal 219 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 17 Tahun 2008 Tentang Pelayaran atau Pasal 100B Jo Pasal 28 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 45 Tahun 2009 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2004 Tentang Perikanan sebagaimana diubah dalam Pasal 27 angka 28 Jo Pasal 27 angka 8 PERPU Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja atau Pasal 88 Huruf a Jo Pasal 35 Ayat (1) Huruf a Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 21 Tahun 2019 Tentang Karantina Hewan, Ikan, dengan ancaman kurungan perjara 5 Tahun.
