TARAKAN – Residivis kasus pencurian berinisial M kembali diamankan jajaran Polsek Tarakan Barat lantaran kembali melakukan pencurian pada hari Sabtu (30/4/2022) sekitar pukul 01.30 dini hari di Jalan Jendral Sudirman, RT. 03, No. 14, Kel. Karang Anyar, Kota Tarakan.
Dari aksi pencurian yang dilakukan M, diamankam barang bukti berupa satu unit handphone merk Samsung A2 Core warna biru, satu buah tas selempang merk Spirit warna hitam, satu buah jam tangan merk Alba warna silver, dan satu buah jam tangan merk Aiwot warna biru.
Selanjunya, M kembali melakuakan pencurian ke dua pada hari Minggu (1/5/2022), sekitar pukul 08.00 Wita. Kali ini M menlancarkan aksinya di Jalan Purnawirawan, RT. 03, Kel. Karang Anyar.
Dari lokasi tersebut M mencuri satu buah tune control warna hitam, satu buah load speaker warna hitam les merah, satu buah amplifier mini merk Bravo warna hitam, satu buah tas ransel merk Eiger warna hitam, dan dua buah stik pancing.
Hal tersebut disampaikan langsung oleh Kapolsek Tarakan Barat Iptu Angestri Budi Reswanto, Rabu (26/5/2022).
“Didua tempat yang berbeda, korban yang pertama mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp. 3.150.000 rupiah, dan yang kedua korban mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp. 2.600.000 rupiah,” terang Angestri
Kemudian, kejadian terus berulang dilakukan M yakni pencurian pada hari Senin (2/5/2022), sekitar pukul 05.00 wita. Pencurian kali ini terjadi di Jalan Sukar Lampani, RT. 29, No. 31, Kel. Pamusian.
“Dari hasil penyelidikan kita amankan satu unit handset merk Robot warna hitam, satu buah pipa paralon dengan panjang kurang lebih 3 meter, satu buah besi pipa, kemudian uang tunai kurang lebih Rp. 200 ribu, dan satu unit handphone merk realmi 9 pro warna hijau dari kejadian ini korban mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp. 4.600.000 rupiah. Jadi kalau ditotal sudah melakukan pencurian sebanyak 6 kali,” jelasnya.
Kendati begitu, tersangka M sudah berada di tahap satu dan akan diserahkan kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Tarakan. Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat pasal 363 ayat 1 dengan ancaman 7 tahun penjara. (*)
