TARAKAN – Terjadinya Kecelakaan Laut yang terjadi pada sebuah kapal di Pulau Kacea Provinsi Kaltara menyebabkan hilangnya seorang awak kapal. Memasuki hari kelima Saat ini Tim SAR gabungan masih terus diupayakan pencarian korban bernama Nasyudin, Selasa (20/12/2022).
Saat dikonfirmasi, Kepala Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Tarakan atau Basarnas Tarakan melalui Kasi Ops, Dede Hariana menerangkan, persiapan yang dilaksanakan oleh personel hari ini dimulai pukul 06.30 WITA. Tim SAR gabungan melaksanakan briefing, dan bertolak menuju lokasi untuk melaksanakan pencarian.
“Hari ini kami melakukan persiapan pencarian Sekitar pukul 07.00 WITA Tim SAR gabungan melanjutkan pencarian terhadap korban. Adapun unsur yang dilibatkan yakni Tim Rescue Kansar Tarakan, Satuan Tepbek Kompi Angkutan Air Tarakan dan keluarga dan masyarakat sekitar,” ungkapnya.
Dalam operasi tersebut, Tim SAR mengerahkan D-Max, 1 unit RIB, 1 unit Rubber Boat, aquaeye, echosounder dan peralatan medis serta peralatan komunikasi. Sebelumnya korban dilaporkan ke Kantor Basarnas Tarakan pada tanggal 16 Desember 2022 lalu sekitar pukul 20.25 WITA. Korban diketahui mengalami kecelakaan sekitar pukul 15.00 WITA.
