Setelah melakukan perjalanan dari Dome Sport Tanjung Selor, akhirnya tepat pukul 15.30 wita seluruh pecinta Scooter Club Indonesia bersama Gubernur Zainal di Gedung Kesenian Tanjung Palas.
Kehadiran orang nomor 1 di Kaltara disambut langsung Ketua Majelis Raya Dedur Belungon, Hj. Ainun Farida dan Datu Buyung Perkasa tepat di halaman Gedung Kesenian Tanjung Palas.
“Parade Scooter Borneo ke-18 dengan tajuk utama Bervespa Berbudaya. saya sangat mengapresiasi panitia parade kali ini yang ikut memperkenalkan budaya yang ada di Kalimantan Utara khususnya Kesultanan Bulungan,” kata Gubernur.
Kegiatan berlansung di halaman Gedung Kesenian Tanjung Palas merupakan situs Kesultanan Bulungan, dari anak – anak komunitas Ane Benua menampilkan tarian kreasi 3 suku Bulungan, suku Tidung dan suku Dayak yang dipadu menjadi satu tarian
Melalui kegiatan ini Peserta yang berasal dari kota atau Kabupaten lain di Kalimantan dapat mengenal budaya dan sejarah yang Kaltara miliki, dan bisa meningkatkan wawasan kecintaan akan budaya dan bangsa Indonesia
“Saya berharap sekembalinya teman – teman penggemar scooter dapat menceritakan keindahan dan keberagaman budaya Kaltara kepada keluarga, saudara dan teman – teman ditempat Anda tinggal atau bekerja, sehingga menimbulkan ketertarikan untuk berkunjung ke provinsi Kaltara,” tutupnya.
