TANJUNG SELOR – Gubernur Kalimantan Utara (Kaltara), Drs. H. Zainal A Palliwang, S.H., M.Hum, bersama Wakil Gubernur (Wagub) Kaltara, Dr. Yansen TP., M.Si, menghadiri Rapat Paripurna ke-19 Masa Persidangan III Tahun 2023 di Kantor Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kaltara, Senin (11/9/2023).
Adapun agenda paripurna, yakni penandatanganan nota kesepakatan bersama antara Gubernur dan DPRD Provinsi Kaltara atas Kebijakan Umum Anggaran dan Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (KUA-PPAS) Tahun Anggaran (TA) 2023. Rapat dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Kaltara, Albertus Stefanus Marianus, ST.
Gubernur Kaltara, Zainal A. Palliwang, menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih dan penghargaan setinggi-tingginya kepada Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD Provinsi Kaltara yang telah bersama-sama membahas Rancangan Perubahan tersebut hingga nota kesepakatan ditandatangani.
“Sesuai kesepakatan bersama, baik eksekutif maupun legislatif, akan memberikan dukungan dan kontribusi sesuai dengan kewenangannya, dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, hingga tahap evaluasi,” ucap Gubernur Zainal Paliwang.
Lebih lanjut, ia mengatakan bahwa dengan disepakatinya Perubahan KUA-PPAS APBD TA 2023, diharapkan dapat membawa perubahan dalam pembangunan, terutama di Kaltara.
“Pemerintah Provinsi Kaltara, bersama seluruh Perangkat Daerah, akan terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja, pengabdian, dan dedikasi yang tinggi, dengan tujuan mencapai hasil yang maksimal dalam pembangunan,” ujar Gubernur Kaltara.
Sebagai informasi, berdasarkan data dari Pemprov Kaltara, rancangan perubahan KUA-PPAS APBD TA 2023 menetapkan pendapatan daerah sebesar Rp 3.089.918.044.809, belanja daerah sebesar Rp 3.484.031.981.520, dan pembiayaan daerah sebesar Rp 394.113.936.711.
Rapat ini dihadiri oleh Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD Kaltara, Forkopimda, Asisten dan Staf Ahli Pemprov Kaltara, Kepala OPD Kaltara, Kepala Perangkat Daerah, serta dihadiri oleh Tokoh Masyarakat, Tokoh Agama, Tokoh Pemuda, dan para awak Media.
