MALINAU – Wakil Gubernur Kalimantan Utara (Kaltara), Dr. Yansen TP, M.Si. turut mengikuti dan meramaikan atraksi budaya dalam rangka HUT ke-24 tahun dan IRAU ke-10 Kabupaten Malinau di lapangan Padan Liu’ Burung pada hari Senin (16/10)
Atraksi budaya kali ini diisi oleh Kerukunan Keluarga Sulawesi Selatan (KKSS) Kabupaten Malinau dengan menunjukkan berbagai macam seni dan budaya serta pentas teatrikal khas Sulawesi Selatan.
Yang berbeda dari pemeragaan atraksi budaya di tempat lain, pada atraksi ini terdapat momen bahagia antara Usman Kara dengan Nur Halizah yang melangsungkan pernikahan dengan adat istiadat pernikahan dari Sulawesi Selatan.
Pertunjukan seni dimulai dari awal penyambutan tamu undangan dengan tarian Gandrang Bulo oleh anak-anak yang membawa bambu sebagai alat musik serta diiringi alunan gendang.
Selanjutnya KKSS Kabupaten Malinau memberikan pertunjukan berupa tarian kipas yang diperagakan oleh puluhan anak-anak dari putra-putri Sulawesi Selatan.
Selesai dengan tari-tarian, masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan yang berada di Malinau ini menunjukkan pentas adat istiadat pernikahan suku Bugis untuk mengenalkan budaya mereka di hadapan ratusan masyarakat Malinau dengan tema Mappabotting Ade’ Ogi’.
Pentas teatrikal tersebut dimulai dari prosesi Mammanu’manu’, Mappese-pese, Massuro, Mappetu Ada, Mappasau Boting, Mappanre Temmeng, Mappacci, Mappasili, Mappenre Boting, Mappasikarawa, Mapparola, dan Massita Beseng.
Tak hanya sebatas teatrikal, namun semua rangkaian prosesi tersebut memang untuk mengiringi kedua mempelai yaitu Usman Kara dan Nur Halizah yang melangsungkan akad nikah secara sah di hadapan warga Malinau.
Ketua KKSS H. M. Ashar Nashir menyampaikan bahwa adat istiadat ini bukan hanya dikenalkan kepada masyarakat Malinau, namun juga untuk mengenalkan kepada putra-putri Sulawesi Selatan yang lahir dan besar di Malinau agar lebih mengerti tentang adat istiadatnya.
Dalam hal ini, pentas atraksi budaya juga dihadiri oleh Bupati Malinau, Wempi W. Mawa, S.E, Ketua DPRD Malinau, Ping Ding, serta unsur Forkopimda Kabupaten Malinau.
